Towards a Digital Twin for Biodiversity

BioDT Project Manager Jesse Harrison to represent the project at the upcoming seminar, “Towards a Digital Twin for Biodiversity”. The seminar organised by the University of Tartu and the Estonian Research Council is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 8th February 2024, in Brussels, at the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the EU. The seminar aims to present strategic approaches for sustainable biodiversity management from the EU and leading R&D organisations’ perspectives, focusing on the potential applications of Digital Twins. Jesse Harrison joins panel discussion “What can AI and predictive modeling do for Biodiversity?” chaired by Dr Dimitris Koureas from BioDT partner, Naturalis Biodiversity Center. Read more.
