The EOSC Symposium 2024 will be held from October 21-23, 2024, at the H4 Hotel Alexanderplatz in Berlin, Germany. Under the patronage of German Minister for Education and Research Bettina Stark-Watzinger, this event is organised by the EOSC Association in collaboration with the EOSC-A German Mandated Organisation, NFDI, and supported by the Horizon Europe project EOSC Focus and the ZBW – Leibniz Information Centre for Economics.

BioDT will play a significant role in the symposium, participating in a dedicated session on October 22nd from 17:00 to 18:00. The project manager, Gabriela Zaquim (CSC – IT Center for Science), will present BioDT as part of the session titled “EOSC and the Digital Twins.” This session aims to showcase various Digital Twins initiatives in Europe, including BioDT, and highlight their potential in revolutionising scientific research methods. The presentation will focus on interoperability challenges, transferrable approaches, and tools, demonstrating how Digital Twin Platforms can contribute to future EOSC Nodes. Read more.
