In this course you will learn how to make your data Findable to a wide audience, how to make them Accessible to people and to machines, and how to make them Interoperable so they can be Reused by others.

- A practical understanding of how to make data FAIR.
- A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attend all sessions and achieve no less than 80% in the proposed assessment tools.

IRISCC Third Open Call for Access runs from 26 February to 26 April 2026, inviting researchers from academia, public institutions, and industry to apply for sponsored access to IRISCC’s research infrastructure services.
IRISCC services span environmental, climate, socio-ecological, and digital domains, offering access to observational platforms, experimental installations, data repositories, modelling tools, virtual research environments, and expert scientific support.

As part of the ANERIS project, EMBRC, the European Marine Biological Resource Centre, is hosting a dedicated training course on the use of genomic technological solutions and research products.
The course will take place in Crete (20–22 October 2026), where 10 participants will be invited to broaden their operational, end-to-end skills, working closer with experimental designs, laboratory workflows, and bioinformatic analysis.

The objective of this call is to offer physical access to EMSO Facilities where users’ devices can be installed, including sensors, instruments, systems, new technologies and where new procedures/experiments can be tested/take place: a unique opportunity for scientists and research engineers to avail of high-quality, interlinked instrumented platforms operating in open ocean for carrying out research and/or testing activities.
The 2026 call is currently open and applications can be submitted until December 31st, 2026.

AZTI Summer School 2026 offers hands-on training on Tikta, a free software developed within the framework of the European Horizon Europe project GES4SEAS. Tikta is designed to support cumulative pressure risk assessment on marine ecosystems and the evaluation of environmental status.
The course is structured over three days and will feature contributions from scientists involved in the GES4SEAS project, who will share their expertise and practical experience.
The maximum number of participants is limited to 30.
The Horizon Europe project B-Cubed is organising a training series that will focus on emerging approaches that help make biodiversity data more actionable in practice. The series consists of six live sessions, held on consecutive Fridays at 15:00 CET.
